I was reluctant to do the online program from home because I felt I wouldn't have the motivation to keep doing it and prefer to be in the gym setting. I tried it and I am happy I did. Aine gave me a plan to suit the equipment I had at home and checked in with me to make sure it was going ok, Its much more motivating to have the program there and having the exercises sent to me, I cannot wait to get back to the gym but I'm happy I started the online program to keep me going in the meantime.

Going back into lockdown after Christmas, I found my motivation really low to try and get my nutrition and training back on track. On top of the regular January/Lockdown lag I had sustained an injury in early December and was struggling to get myself back into good habits.
