Exercise has many physical and psychological benefits during this time to help your body cope with the changes during pregnancy and

promote healing afterwards.

What We Have To Offer

We offer 1:1 Personal Training and

Mama and Baby classes. 

We also offer online training to those who do not live within proximity to our studios in Co. Wexford and Co. Carlow.
