Lost And FoundSupernatural : Season 13 Episode 1 Download File https://geags.com/2tl5Fq Following the trend of the last two seasons, Supernatural Season 13 Episode 1 picks up immediately after Supernatural Season 12 Episode 23 (which I've found myself repeatedly referring to as the \"Red Wedding episode of Supernatural\"). The thirteenth season of Supernatural, an American dark fantasy television series created by Eric Kripke, premiered on October 12, 2017, on The CW and concluded on May 17, 2018.[1] The season consists of 23 episodes and aired on Thursdays at 8:00 pm (ET). This is the second season with Andrew Dabb and Robert Singer as showrunners.[2] This season featured a backdoor pilot to a possible spin-off series called Wayward Sisters, starring Kim Rhodes as Sheriff Jody Mills, Briana Buckmaster as Sheriff Donna Hanscum, Kathryn Newton as Claire Novak, Katherine Ramdeen as Alex Jones, Clark Backo as Patience Turner and Yadira Guevara-Prip as Kaia Nieves.[3][4] The spin-off was ultimately not chosen to move forward as a series.[5] The season also featured an animated crossover episode with Scooby-Doo.[6] The season follows Sam and Dean who, after locating and saving Lucifer's offspring, try to use his powers to find a way back to the Apocalypse World, and save their mother, Mary. I found myself emotionally invested in the Jack story line, which was a surprise. But I was even more invested in the other emotional theme of this episode and this season, which is loss. A familiar theme for the Winchesters, who have endured more loss than most people do in ten lifetimes. Both Jared and Jensen were outstanding in their depiction of the emotional trauma the boys have once again endured. Welcome back to \"Top Six Favourite Episodes\", this time for season thirteen. These episodes are, still to this day, the nearest and dearest to my heart, my comfort episodes, the ones I go to when I need a laugh or a cry or the comfort of an old friend. Buy Sup CLICK HERE ->>> https://byltly.com/2tl4we The hull, or body, of a paddle board plays a major role in determining how the board performs in the water. Most SUPs have either a planing hull or a displacement hull. There are a handful with a hybrid design that combine the best attributes of each design. A planing hull is flat and wide, similar to a surfboard. It is designed to ride on top of the water and be very maneuverable. Boards with planing hulls are a good choice for leisure paddling, surfing, SUP yoga and whitewater. SUPs with displacement hulls have a pointed nose or bow (front end) similar to that of a kayak or canoe. The hull slices through water, pushing the water around the nose to the sides of the SUP to improve efficiency and create a fast, smooth ride. The efficiency of a displacement hull requires less effort than a planing hull to paddle, allowing you to go longer distances at faster speeds. They also track nice and straight but are generally a bit less maneuverable than planing hulls. Paddlers choose displacement hulls for a variety of applications, but always with an eye toward paddling efficiency and speed. Some applications include fitness paddling, SUP touring/camping and racing. Volume and weight capacity are determined by the length, width and thickness of the board. SUP manufacturers combine these three dimensions in different ways to achieve different performance characteristics (see the SUP Length, SUP Width and SUP Thickness sections of this article to learn more). The length of a board plays a major role in determining how the board handles. In general, longer boards are faster than shorter boards, but shorter boards are more maneuverable. Keep in mind your intended use when deciding what length SUP to buy: Single fin: Many SUPs include a single fin placed in a finbox and secured with a nut and screw. The finbox has a channel for the fin to slide back and forth in. The single fin provides good tracking and minimal drag, making it a good choice for flatwater paddling. Fins for inflatable SUPs: Inflatable SUPs can have any of the fin configurations already listed. What sets them apart is that they feature either flexible rubber fins attached to the board or detachable semi-rigid fins. Determine your stand up paddle board size based on your weight and paddle boarding experience. Think of your ideal board size in terms of volume. The wider, longer, and thicker the board, the more volume and weight capacity it will have. The more volume the board has, the more stable it will be on the water. Beginner paddlers will usually want a wider board with more volume as well as thickness because of the additional stability this offers. As your skill, balance, and strength improve, you can downsize to a board with less volume. By then, your older board will be great for friends and family to use! Regardless of the type of climate where you live, it is highly recommended that you keep your stand up paddle board indoors when not in use. For all boards, the key is to keep your SUP in a cool dark location where it is safe and protected. Here are some tips for storing your paddle board. With plenty of stand up paddle board companies to choose from, it can seem overwhelming to find the perfect one. The key is to look beyond the marketing and pull back the layers to see exactly what each company offers. The major things to consider when choosing a company are the makeup of the board, the price of the board(s), the guarantee, and the customer service. You found a guy (or girl) that is a hard core paddle boarder. They live near the coast, and they SUP surf everyday. They have a few too many paddleboards, and are selling off one of their favorite SUP{ boards at a great deal. Sounds perfect Again, wrong. That is like buying sports car from a 20 year old kid. That used paddle board has lived a rough life. If they surf every day on it, they wipe out on it every day. They get tumbled in breaking waves everyday, and that board has likely seen its share of heavy impact from waves and shore break. These are all things that weaken a paddleboard. We always have stand up paddle boards on clearance. Past model years, discontinued color ways, and overstock all get marked down heavily. In our clearance section, you can save hundreds off regular pricing as well as: 59ce067264 https://www.peggyreinhardt.com/forum/music-forum/download-app-nee-com-cyber-link-you-cam-deluxe-v10-pre-activated

[S2E2] The Choice Click Here ->>> https://urlin.us/2tl2BR Louis is seen on a meeting with a Arnie Berenson, a headhunter at Berenson-O'Neill. Arnie tells Louis that there are plenty of other firms that would be happy to have him. Arnie gives Louis a choice and hands him his card. Rachel tells Donna about her date with Mike and boasts that the are very comfortable with each other. She tells her that they found a way to not let the firm know about their relationship. Donna advises Mike about his recent run-in with Harvey in his apartment. Mike thinks that Harvey doesn't care about Mike's happiness. Donna drags Mike into Harvey's office and tells him that Harvey had to fight tooth and nail to keep Mike on and even threatened Jessica that if Mike goes, he would go as well. Mike can't believe it. Donna tells him that if he cares so much about Rachel then he doesn't have a choice but to break up with her. A moment of emotion is seen as Donna tells Mike that the feelings go away after a break up and that it is still possible that they can work with each other because of Donna's experience with Harvey when they were still working at the DA office. Even though not doing it may have been a bolder choice, it didn't take long for Hell on Wheels to get things back to a more even keel. And an even keel for Hell on Wheels means an episode featuring men drunkenly spouting biblical verses around a campfire, while one manages to up the ante by producing a saber-toothed cat skull that (in the Swede's increasingly distant mind, anyway) really brought home the essence of what he was talking about. 59ce067264 https://www.ecconestore.com/forum/smart-homes/50-days-to-survive-free-download

Can You Buy Human Ashes Click Here >>> https://geags.com/2tl0Qe In the past, human ashes were created by burning the body of a deceased on an exposed wooden funeral pyre. The cremation process has evolved considerably over the centuries, however, and today human ashes are created using a more advanced process. The modern cremation process uses large, high-powered furnaces called cremators which are found in crematories and are fueled by gas or propane which generates fire that reaches a temperature of around 1500-1900F. The searing heat is sustained within the retort (cremation chamber) because of its thick insulation, typically involving heat-resistant refractory bricks. The floor is likewise made of very specialized masonry materials that are designed to withstand exposure to high temperatures. Modern cremators have a number of digital controls which allow attendants to monitor the cremation process as well as become immediately aware of any temperature fluctuations that could disrupt the cremation process. By law, the body of the deceased is placed in a container such as a cardboard box or special caskets known as alternative containers prior to cremation. Using an alternative container will add dignity to the family or public viewing of the deceased that may take place prior to cremation. These alternative cremation caskets are designed to quickly and thoroughly cremate leaving little residual ash. The human body is primarily composed of water, carbon, and bone. When placed in the retort, the high temperature of the fire effectively vaporizes all the organic matter (tissues, organs, etc.) in the body through vaporization and oxidation. It also causes all the water in the body to evaporate. Gases (largely form carbon and sulfur) and water vapor are released through the furnace exhaust system. Typically, the only remains after the cremation process is complete are the fragments of the bone. The time required for the cremation process will vary depending on the heat intensity of the particular cremator being used and the size of the body. Generally, the cremation process ranges anywhere from two to two and a half hours. After the cremation process is complete, the bone fragments are allowed to cool for a period (usually 30 minutes to an hour) before being swept out of the retort and passed through a magnetic field to extract any lingering pieces of metal that remain (such as tooth fillings or surgical implants or casket parts.) Pacemakers must be removed prior to cremation because they can be explosive. The fragments are then processed either by hand or through the use of a special machine that crushes them, reducing them to dense sand like ashes. The processing of the fragments generates a uniform, pale grey to dark grey powder which is usually similar in texture and appearance to coarse sand. The cremated remains of an adult male will usually weigh around six pounds while the remains of an adult female will be closer to four pounds. The height of the deceased rather than their weight has a strong correlation with the weight of the ashes produced through cremation. The variability of the elemental composition of human ashes means that each sample of cremated remains is entirely unique. Although all that remains of a loved one after the cremation process are bone fragments, which are then processed into ashes, these ashes have a very special elemental signature that identifies them as belonging to your loved one and no one else. All of the unique habits and environments experienced by your loved one during their lifetime leave a distinct elemental fingerprint on their skeleton which is then present in their ashes after the cremation process. Each state has laws affecting what happens to a body after death. For example, most states have unique rules about embalming, burial or cremation, scattering ashes, and how to get a death certificate. Here are some answers to common questions about post-death matters in North Carolina. A license is necessary to operate an alkaline hydrolysis machine in North Carolina. The North Carolina Board of Funeral Service provides licenses to facilities that offer alkaline hydrolysis as a method of human disposition. Scattering ashes on private land. You are allowed to scatter ashes on your own private property. If you want to scatter ashes on someone else's private land, North Carolina law requires that you obtain written permission from the landowner and give it to the crematory. Scattering ashes on uninhabited public land. North Carolina law allows you to scatter ashes on \"uninhabited public land.\" If you aren't sure whether a particular place qualifies as \"uninhabited\" under the law, you may wish to check city and county regulations and zoning rules before proceeding. However, many people simply proceed as they wish, letting their best judgment be their guide. Scattering ashes on federal land. Officially, you should request permission before scattering ashes on federal land. As with local or state land, however, you will probably encounter no resistance if you conduct the scattering ceremony quietly and keep the ashes well away from trails, roads, facilities, developed areas, campsites, and waterways. You can find guidelines for scattering ashes on the websites for some national parks. For more information, begin your search at the website of the National Park Service. Scattering ashes at sea. The federal Clean Water Act requires that cremated remains be scattered at least three nautical miles from land. The EPA does not permit scattering at beaches or in wading pools by the sea. Finally, you must notify the EPA within 30 days of scattering ashes at sea. Scattering ashes by air. In North Carolina, ashes may be scattered from a plane. Federal aviation laws do prohibit dropping objects that might cause harm to people or property, but the U.S. government does not consider cremains to be hazardous material. All should be well so long as you remove the ashes from their container before scattering. In the Roman Catholic Church, for example, cremation is permitted although burial is preferred. If a member of the Catholic faith is cremated, the burial of ashes in a consecrated cemetery, mausoleum, or columbarium is required. Burial at sea, outside of a cemetery, keeping the cremains at home, or scattering the ashes is not acceptable. A cemetery provides a permanent location that anyone can visit, is typically well cared for and maintained, and may offer additional benefits, such as Memorial Day services for veterans buried there. If you inter ashes in a cemetery, however, you'll need to pay for a plot in which the urn can be buried, and you may be required to purchase a burial urn or urn vault to prevent to ground over the urn from sinking. If you want to bury the cremains on private land, you'll need to ask permission from the property owner first. That's no problem if you own the property, but it may be more difficult to get permission from another individual. This is especially true for property owned by a corporation or other business group; it's unlikely that you'll get permission for the burial of ashes on the land around the stadium of your loved one's favorite sports team, for example. If you are denied permission, you should not try to bury or scatter the ashes anyway. Not only is this considered trespassing, any ashes that are discovered are likely to be removed. It is legal to scatter ashes inside national parks in the United States, with some exceptions. The burial of urns is typically not allowed, as this could cause damage or a disturbance to the park's resources. You can remove the ashes from the urn and mix them into the soil, however, or dig a small trench in which to bury the ashes. If you choose to scatter ashes in a U.S. national park, there are guidelines you must follow. Burying ashes in a local or state park may be permitted in some areas but not in others. Check with your local municipal government to find out who regulates park use and if there are specific guidelines for scattering or interring ashes there. Wherever you're planning burying ashes, you'll need to have a safe way of transporting them there. If you've purchased a cremation urn, make sure that it seals securely, and/or the ashes are in a sealed bag inside the urn. When traveling by air, be aware that the urn will need to pass through a metal detector. Cremated remains can legally be mailed only via the U.S. Postal Service. Once you've chosen your location and determined that you want to bury the cremation urn, you need to find out what type of urn is appropriate. Burial in a cemetery typically requires either an urn vault or an urn burial container. It's important for the appearance of the cemetery for there to be a solid container to hold the interred ashes; otherwise, the ground over the urn could collapse, leaving an unattractive depression in the soil. Purchasing a vault or burial container will add to the cost of the burial. If you are planning on burying ashes on your own property or in another location where it is permitted, you may want to choose a biodegradable urn instead. These cremation urns are specifically made to break down in the soil over time, releasing the ashes to mix with the ground. There are even some urn burial gardens that require the use of biodegradable urns, and you will also need this type of urn if you're planning on a burial at sea. Ashes interred in a cemetery will require a burial plot. Depending on the cemetery you choose, you may have several options for burial, including a full plot, an urn garden plot, or having the ashes buried in the same plot as an existing grave. Not every cemetery has an urn garden, but it may be possible to have several urns buried within one traditional single plot. If you want to have the urn buried with another casket, it may be necessary to have purchased a \"double depth\" plot in which the first casket is buried deeply, leaving space above it for the second burial. 59ce067264 https://www.linewangaratta.org/group/mysite-200-group/discussion/c00c7ccc-12c1-4cee-8da7-d59199d806b7

How Much To Buy A Pizza Hut Franchise DOWNLOAD ->>->>->> https://urllio.com/2tkZYH Whether you are just starting to look into franchise ownership or are ready to figure out financing options, our courses will give you the information you need to be ready to become a franchise owner. We know franchise development can be hard. That's why we constantly are looking for new ways to help you find qualified franchise prospects. We use data, technology, and automation to improve our lead products both in the US & Internationally. FranchiseHelp offers franchise consultants a unique lead buying experience. You can select filters such as state and liquid capital requirements, and enter the price you'd be willing to pay for a lead meeting those criteria. You're tired of \"portals\" being black boxes, and so are we. Welcome to the recipe book FranchiseHelp's \"secret sauce.\" Learn everything there is to know about how online lead generation is successfully done for your franchise. Pizza Hut selects franchisees with solid restaurant or retail management experience. Owners must commit to opening at least two locations and ideally have eyes to open at least five Pizza Huts in as many years. Selected Pizza Hut franchisees will complete a training program in Dallas, Texas for over two months. Currently, Pizza Hut is particularly focused on building and growing franchises in New York, Massachusetts, Washington D.C., Rhode Island, and New Hampshire. Frank and Dan Carney founded Pizza Hut in Wichita, Kansas in 1958. Since this time, Pizza Hut has grown exponentially. The restaurant chain now has over 6,000 Pizza Hut franchises in the United States, plus another 5000-something abroad in nearly 100 other countries. Pizza Hut has a franchise fee of $25,000 for a 20-year agreement, although the total initial investment ranges between $297,000 and $2,109,000. Additionally, Pizza Hut franchisees must pay the company ongoing royalty fee of 6% on all sales, as well as an additional 3% to be applied toward national marketing efforts. To purchase a Pizza Hut franchise, interested parties must have a net worth of at least $700,000, with at least half of that amount available in liquid assets. Pizza Hut was founded by two brothers in Wichita, Kansas in 1958 and began franchising the following year. Today, Pizza Hut has over 16,500 location operating around the globe, and is one of the leading franchises in pizza delivery. Pizza Hut is owned by Yum! Brands, the same parent company of KFC and Taco Bell, a global conglomerate specializing in broad appeal and massive market share. The initial franchise fee to own a Pizza Hut franchise is $25,000, then after construction costs, equipment, and other startup costs, the total Pizza Hut franchise cost ranges between $367,000 to $2,063,500. In addition to this investment, Pizza Hut requires a minimum net worth of $700,000 and a cash requirement of $350,000. And while the average QSR franchise royalty fees range between 5-8 percent, Pizza Hut charges a combined 10.75 percent in ongoing fees. The cost to own a Your Pie restaurant ranges between $364,750-$610,000, a much more inclusive price range than that of Pizza Hut. Additionally, Your Pie requires a more reasonable $500,000 net worth and $150,000 cash availability. After a $35,000 initial franchise fee, the rest of your investment goes toward the planning, layout and construction of your restaurant, along with training, marketing tools, and proprietary menu design. Ongoing royalty fees are a reasonable five percent. Franchising since 2008, Your Pie is a much younger brand than Pizza Hut, but with nearly 70 locations currently in operation, it is a growing brand with a focus on the innovative flavors and creative practices that both customers and franchise owners crave. One of the greatest advantages of joining a boutique franchise like Your Pie is the support and attention to detail you will receive as a franchisee. Larger brands adhere to a more homogonous, assembly line approach to their product and procedure, whereas brands like Your Pie take a special pride in the individuality of each location. Your Pie works with new and experienced entrepreneurs alike to tailor your franchise owning experience to your own set of needs, goals, and capabilities, providing a level of support that massive brands cannot sustain. Your Pie franchisees benefit from the experience of a dedicated team of experts who are fully invested in growing an exceptional brand at every level. Each Your Pie franchisee gets to experience the opportunity to own their own vibrant pizza restaurant while receiving the support and guidance of a winning team. Whenever a company is a leader in its industry, there will be, unsurprisingly, added interest in owning a franchise. Becoming a franchisee with Pizza Hut, however, is a multi-step process, beginning with an online application that inquires about your net worth, liquid assets, and relevant experience. Next steps involve disclosure documents, asset verification, background checks, and interviews. Pizza Hut is most interested in multi-unit operators, and currently has 20 multi-unit opportunities available (via Pizza Hut). So, how much would it actually cost to open your own Pizza Hut franchise, if you're financially ready The initial franchise fee to open a Pizza Hut is $25,000. However, the estimated total cost of investment, including equipment, computer systems, smallwares, a building, etc., can range between $367,000 and $2,063,500, according to Franchise Direct. This cost does not include monthly service fees, technology fees, training fees, and more. There's a lending assistance program in place for minorities and qualified former employees who are interested in franchising. The assistance equates to 25 percent off the principal of the business loan. Remember those net worth and liquid asset requirements According to Entrepreneur, the net worth that Pizza Hut requires from its franchisees is $700,000, and liquid assets should be $350,000. Want to jump right into running your new business Not so fast. Entrepreneur notes that there are 43 to 65 hours of classroom training, and another 320 to 480 hours of on-the-job training before Pizza Hut hands over the keys to the kingdom. For example, Pizza Hut ranks third among pizza franchises in the 2018 Entrepreneur Franchise 500 list (and 47th overall), trailing just Papa John's and Marco's Pizza. But, at the start of 2017, Pizza Hut had just under 15,000 locations worldwide, while Papa John's had approximately 5,000. There are plenty of franchises on the Franchise 500 that you can buy for $25,000 or less. Pizza Hut is not one of them. In fact, you'll pay that just in the initial franchise fee. Then, after construction costs, buying equipment and other startup costs, you'll end up paying $302,000 -- minimum. Depending on your exact location and specifications, that number could balloon to more than $2 million. Given Papa John's and Marco's respective price tags, you might think the Pizza Hut price is exorbitant, but it's actually right in line with other popular food franchises. For example, a McDonald's will cost between $1 and $2.3 million. A Dunkin' Donuts will run between $229,000 and $1.7 million. Sonic's price range is $1.1 and $2.4 million. But, just because it's on par with other big-name brands, doesn't mean it's affordable for everyone. Pizza Hut requires a franchisee has a net worth of at least $700,000. That's not exactly chump change. Pizza Hut's training regiment is a little different than most other restaurants and franchises. Most places require a combination of classroom and on-the-job training. For example, Marco's requires 266 hours of on-the-job training and 60.4 hours of classroom training. Pizza Hut skips the classroom training altogether and extends the on-the-job training. Expect eight to 12 weeks (or 320 to 480 hours) of training at your location when you start a Pizza Hut franchise. However, just as important as the geographic location is the physical location -- or what type of store you choose to franchise. Do you want to be part of a mall or a standalone restaurant Pizza Hut says you can find its restaurants in airports, shopping malls, college campuses, casinos, resorts and more. What exactly are you getting with your investment, other than a pizza restaurant After all, you could probably start your own pizza delivery place for $2 million. Short Hairstyles Simulator Download File ===== https://blltly.com/2tkVVz Your face shape plays a key role in how a certain haircut will look on you. This app takes the guesswork out of your hair makeover and helps you nail the perfect length and style so you walk out of that hair salon looking 10/10. This haircut simulator first helps you identify what your face shape is by analysing the photo you upload. From there, it will generate a list of suggestions, which you can test out. It sure beats committing to a pixie cut only to find out a layered bob would have been a much more flattering option! Magic Mirror Change your look, allows you to experiment with many new and fascinating hairstyles and lots of different colour variations. Take a picture to your friends or your girl and have fun to change their look. Women of elegant age deserve tons of compliments. They know how to look beautiful and what really flatters them, but the key point here is still the choice of the right hairstyle. Hairstyles and haircuts for older women do not blindly pursue hair trends, but are inspired by the best tendencies. Simple yet elegant short hairstyles for older women are currently very popular. Classy bobs, cute pixies, lovely short layered curls and sassy feathered styles, full of texture, moderate volume and movement are the best choices to bring out your character and active life stance. Here are numerous ideas for medium and short haircuts for older women, hairstyles for grey hair and hair color ideas in older women hairstyles in case you prefer to cover the grays. Hair styles for older women can and should be interesting, modern and, certainly, flattering! The hair of both men and women needs to be carefully cared for. This is especially true in moments of sudden selfies with acquaintances, where you find yourself in a disheveled state or realize that it is time to cut your hair or change the style in general. Evaluate your new look without going to the barber with a hair simulator male. In the past, when people did not have the Internet, hairdressers would offer catalogs to choose the right hairstyle, taken from photo models. Nowadays, you can change hairstyles literally online from the comfort of your home. Like a particular style, want to try it on The app will gladly show your new look in a blink of an eye. If you are afraid to part with long hair or vice versa wondering what will be your style with long hair, just make a couple of clicks and get the result right in front of you! When choosing a haircut app for men, you are likely to face the problem of a plethora of choices. The main problem is that not every application is equally effective in processing a particular image and qualitatively performing the task assigned to it. This is mainly due to the fact that the majority of haircut simulator male apps are based on automated algorithms or so-called filters. In order to get good results from such an application, the quality of the photo, lighting, pose, and framing should meet the requirements of the algorithm, and only then it probably works properly. In our case, we offer qualified support from a team of professional Photoshop designers who manually process your pictures pixel by pixel online until the maximum quality results are achieved. Use RetouchMe as your virtual assistant, featured with many options to change anything about your photographs! On taaz.com, you can change your makeup, hair, and even add accessories to your own photograph. There are plenty of different celebrity hairstyles for you to choose from, and once you do, you can change the color of the hair to fit your needs. It's a great way to test the waters before heading to a hair salon for a real makeover. Whether you want short hair, medium hair, long hair, or an updo, sallybeauty.com will show you what you'd look like with it. The tools on this site also allow you to adjust how long or thick the hair is, which means that you'll get a realistic portrayal of what you'd look like. There's no better way to see yourself in a new style. This app helps you understand what cuts and styles suit your face shape by providing information and tips on different hairstyles. Using this app, you can also virtually try on various hairstyles, haircuts, and hair colour. Just take your photo and upload or just use one from your camera roll and get ready to discover what hairstyle suits you best. Follow @gparrishThis short haircut from Ginger is super cute and laid back. We love that she can transform her look by wearing the cut straight or by adding texture to her blonde locks, transforming the style into a wavy bob haircut. The shape of your face largely determines if a hairstyle looks good on you or not. This app determines your face shape through a picture you upload. Once it figures that out, the app then suggests hairstyles that you can try to see if they look good on you. Perfect365 is not so much a hairstyling app as it is a makeover app. It allows users to try on different hairstyles and colors, along with various makeup options and face detection that allows for better touch-up effects. It also lets you share your edited photos on your social media accounts. Short hair can be braided, though it might require some creativity. If your hair is too short to rock a full-on braid, try braiding just a piece at the crown (French-style, allowing you to pull in even shorter hair). This is one of our most popular posts! So we thought we would take the time to update it with some HOT NEW APPS for trying on your hairstyles! Check out the new haircut apps below that we added to the top of this post! FaceApp is one of the newest apps for playing around with your new look! This unisex app allows you to try out different hairstyles, hair color, different facial hair, how you would look old, young, etc! Spend some time with this app to perfect your new look before you commit to a certain style! The title says it all! This app helps you to discover a lot of the most popular hairstyles and try them by changing the hairstyle over your own picture and tweaking the color, contrast, brightness and saturation in seconds. You can even show it to your partner to get their opinion (since some are hard to please!). Never hurts to try a look before you sport it! Claiming to have over 2m downloads and 290 different hairstyles, this app would seem like a hit, but reviews reveal a different picture. To have any serious fun with this app, you will need to purchase the $1.99 pack of hairstyles. Your call! Our virtual hairstylist easyHairStyler (or online makeover) is the new online problem solver for girls, boys, women and men of all ages. easyHairStyler offers you the unique chance to try out hairstyles and prevent a potential haircut disaster. Thousands of hairstyles inspired by up to date international hairstyle trends as well as current celebrity hairstyles, whatever your hair type.... Short hair shows off the architecture of the haircut, hiding nothing. Combined, this kind of haircut speaks beauty and power. Here are short straight hairstyles that you can mix and match to create your own! This short haircut is short and tight on the bottom and sides with length on top of the head. Style the front to the side and away from the face for a feminine finish. Oval face shapes with hair that is medium in texture and in density will suit this hairstyle. Go for a short brunette pixie on thick hair. Ask your stylist for an undercut to give you a nice shape. Undercuts also take away some underneath weight from thicker hair. I suggest getting a razor or slide scissor cut for added piecy texture. One of the best ways to de-bulk your thick hair is to opt for an undercut! It helps to remove weight and it works best on my clients, with naturally straight hair. Want to take it a step further this season Consider a copper hair color to really jazz up the short hairdo. It can range from golden copper to red copper depending on your complexion and preference. This is a really fun haircut so someone with shorter hair who is looking for something a little different and easy to style. The clipper cut through the nape reduces styling time and the texture helps with dimension throughout the style, while also making it easier to achieve volume and movement. This bob is graduated but has a heavy perimeter, giving it a slight bevel. Its graduation is slightly shorter in the back and longer in the front and the perimeter is cut even from back to front for a chic finish. This ultra short bob is cut with concave layers that accentuate the roundness of the head. The shape of the layers are shorter in the back and longer in the front while the perimeter is cut slightly shorter in the back and longer in the back. A short straight hairstyle is shorn tightly at the nape area, leaving some wispiness at the perimeter. It progressively gets longer as it reaches the top, giving the area above the occipital bone volume and some roundness. The hair is worn towards the face, making the layers on top of the head appear as bangs. This sleek and shiny graduated bob is shorter in the back and longer the front with the perimeter cut evenly from front to back. It is worn with a side part, giving the front of the heavier side of the part the appearance of being a flattering long side-swept fringe. This short hairstyle is layered shorter in the back and longer in the front. On one side, the perimeter is slightly shorter in the back and longer in the front, mirroring the angle of the jaw. On the other side, the back is longer in the back but shorter and disconnected in the front. This haircut is layered shorter in the front and longer in the back and its perimeter is cut the same way. The top of the head is heavily layered, allowing the layers by the hairline to function as a trendy fringe. Hot Off The Press will protect the hair from the heat of the flat iron as you finish this style. Heart face shapes with hair that is medium in texture and in density will best suit this hairstyle. 59ce067264 https://www.usbdonline.com/forum/questions-answers/zenniv-dont-stop-me

And while most of them will provide some degree of UV protection, polarized lenses also protect against glare and eye strain. Unlike regular lenses, polarized lenses have a special chemical applied to them that filters out light, according to the American Academy of Ophthalmology. That filter absorbs incoming horizontal light waves, which our eyes perceive as glare, and only lets in vertical light, giving you better contrast and clarity. You may have noticed that polarized sunglasses are more expensive than non-polarized sunglasses. But are they worth the extra money The broad brush answer is yes, says Barry Santini, ophthalmic optician, optometrist, and owner of Long Island Opticians in Seaford, New York. The fact that they eliminate glare and provide you with clearer, more accurate vision makes polarized sunglasses a worthwhile investment. However, polarized sunglasses may not be for everyone. Santini notes that certain people are sensitive to polarization. Such individuals may experience a 3-D effect as well as dizziness or nausea while wearing polarized sunglasses. If you fall into this category, then you may need to replace your sunglasses with a non-polarized option. Glare is any outdoor enthusiast's biggest pain. It distorts true color, makes details fuzzy, and fatigues your eyes. If you've been a victim of harsh glare reflecting off water, snow, or car bumpers, you're probably on the hunt for a solution. Stop squinting and start seeing with a pair of polarized sunglasses! Whether you're reeling in a fresh catch, hitting the slopes, or relaxing on the beach, enjoy your day to the fullest with the help of polarized lenses. Polarized sunglasses block out polarized light or glare with a vertically layered film on or inside them. This leads to our next question. What are the benefits of polarized sunglasses Polarized lenses reduce the amount of reflected light entering the eyes. They combat glare, providing comfortable, crisp vision without the painful brightness that causes you to squint. The sun emits vertical wavelengths of light. When those wavelengths hit shiny surfaces such as water, fresh asphalt, or metal, they rebound at a 90-degree angle. This creates horizontal, or polarized, light waves. Polarized lenses combat glare with a chemical compound. Molecules in the compound naturally run parallel to one another on the horizontal axis. When applied to a sunglass lens, the molecules create a microscopic filter that absorbs light, matching their alignment. Polarized lenses allow vertical light to pass through, while blocking intense reflective glare. Think Venetian blinds, but for sunglasses! 59ce067264 https://www.cliftonroadcarsales.co.uk/forum/general-discussions/just-tattoo-of-us-season-3

Save To Buy DOWNLOAD --->>> https://shoxet.com/2tkS5H Yes, you can. When you file your tax return, you can tell the IRS you want to save part or all of your refund and have the rest sent to your checking account. You can save part or all of your refund by submitting Form 8888, Allocation of Refund (Including Savings Bond Purchases)PDF when you file your return. Follow the instructions on Form 8888 to tell the IRS to make a direct deposit of the amount you designate to an IRA, to buy U.S. savings bonds, to make a direct deposit to a savings or checking account or other savings vehicles, or to request a paper check. Example: Bill is entitled to a $2,500 federal income tax refund. He decides to save $1,000 of the refund by buying savings bonds, to save another $1,000 by having the IRS direct deposit that amount to his IRA, and have the IRS direct deposit the remaining $500 to his checking account. Bill gives the IRS these instructions by completing Form 8888 and attaching it to his Form 1040. On the Form 8888, he checks the appropriate checking or savings boxes, gives the IRS the routing and account numbers for his IRA and checking accounts and completes the information specified in the Form 8888 instructions for the bond purchase. Six $50 savings bonds, one $200 savings bond and one $500 savings bond will be mailed to him. Save and Buy is a virtual savings platform that provides its users with a convenient and fun way to save toward the products they love from online merchants. It helps its users meet their goals and desires in a personalized and friendly way. Before we dive in, you should first calculate how much cash you'll need to save up to buy your home. Conventional loans typically require a down payment of 3% to 20% of the home's value. However, the average down payment in the U.S. is about 6%. On top of that, you need to factor in closing costs and other fees, which can be another 2 to 5% of your home's purchase price, according to the real estate site Zillow. Knowing your timeline for buying a house will help you determine where you should be putting your money to save for a future down payment. If it's in the short-term (four years or less), keep that money in an FDIC-insured savings account that earns above-average interest and lets you access it should you need to. Knowing how much you need to save will help you create a focused plan for reaching your goal. To do this, you need to consider how much you can afford for your new home. Keep in mind that most people can qualify for a bigger mortgage than they can comfortably afford. Use a mortgage affordability calculator to help you determine what you could borrow, then speak with a home lending advisor to better understand what fits your budget. Thinking about when you want to buy a home will help you start planning for how to save. Decide on a time frame, then break your savings amount down into monthly amounts. For instance, say you want to buy a home in five years and you need to save $60,000 for the down payment and other costs: When you are trying to save for a home, it can feel counterintuitive to spend money paying down debt. After all, shouldn't every extra penny be going into a savings account Not necessarily. Paying down your debt can help with your home purchase in two main ways: This sort of automated savings plan is known as \"paying yourself first.\" You pay your savings account first, then see what's left to spend for the rest of the month. This removes the temptation of waiting to see what's left to save at the end of the month. For example, say you have a goal of saving $715 a month towards your new home. One month, you get a bonus at work of $500. Another month, you get a gift of $200 on your birthday. Then a $15 rebate shows up in the mail. Over the course of a year, you've saved an extra month's worth of savings. Down payments are one of the most significant starting costs of buying a home; this is the money that will exit your bank account immediately upon completion of the sale. Therefore, one of the first questions on your list should be, how much do I need to save for a down payment There might be a way to save money but still have the same stress release impact. Having a glass of wine at home with friends is cheaper than going to a bar, and cutting back on how many smoke breaks you have in a day can have positive impacts on your heart as well as your wallet. Preventing food from going to waste is one of the easiest and most powerful actions you can take to save money and lower your climate change footprint by reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and conserving natural resources. The Food: Too Good to Waste Toolkit will help you figure out how much food is really going to waste in your home and what you can do to waste less. By making small shifts in how you shop for, prepare, and store food, you can save time and money. It can also keep the valuable resources used to produce and distribute food from going to waste! With rising interest rates, a looming recession, and job losses, SNBL can be a less-risky payment method compared to unsecured loans like credit cards or Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL). Consumers are also eager to receive personalized, AI-driven financial wellness experiences, creating an opportunity for banks to leverage SNBL to differentiate themselves, deepen engagement, and generate growth. Additionally, the competition for deposits has intensified, sharpening the need to find cost-effective ways to incentivize bank customers to save. The concept of encouraging customers to save for a big purchase is not a new one for bankers. Most banks have a range of features to encourage putting money aside including rules for automatic saving, tools to monitor spending patterns, and goal setting. The challenge has always been how to monetize these savings programs and turn them into revenue-generating endeavors. SNBL is a payment method that includes a savings experience to help users set aside money to purchase a product or service later. SNBL users are often given attractive cashback, rewards, or discounts to save-and-buy from specific merchants. In the second approach, savings accounts are not linked to a specific merchant or purchase journey and consumers can freely decide where they want to spend their money. Customers are encouraged to save through various incentivization mechanisms. This includes the option to separate money into pots or sub-accounts within the savings account structure, personalize savings frequency and amounts, and earn interest. The biggest incentive for consumers is the discount they receive when they use the SNBL payment method to pay for a product or service. Users can also enjoy a fun, gamified experience designed to keep them motivated to save. They will usually have an option to invite friends and family to contribute to their savings goals. By utilizing this type of nudging, engagement and retention rates can significantly increase. On average, users of the Austrian startup Monkee initiate 5.4 \"key interactions\" per week, resulting in over 50% higher retention rates compared to similar loyalty apps. The discipline required, the temptations of a consumer-driven world, and short-term thinking are just some reasons why bank customers struggle to save. Incorporating nudge theory and behavioral economics principles into the digital savings user experience can go a long way toward helping consumers save more. Consider the case of SNBL startup Monkee. This Austrian-based fintech recognized its customers' tendencies for mental accounting, a cognitive bias where people mentally separate or sort their finances into buckets like rent money, vacation money, and daily expenses. Mental accounting is the reason why people spend more when paying with a credit card, and mistakenly treat a tax refund as a windfall. Monkee designed a user interface to ensure mental accounting is not leading customers to spend and save in ways that can be detrimental to their financial wellbeing. This provides customers with a better overview of their financial lives. Monkee users are also encouraged to personalize the amount and frequency they want to save, and to earmark funds for specific purposes. Another important cognitive bias impacting how we save is goal gradient effect where people become more motivated and engaged, the closer they get to a goal. How a goal or reward is presented matters. To keep motivation high, Monkee's digital savings application uses progress bars, and integrates other psychological supports. Monkee's efforts are paying off in spades. Users save, on average, more than 10 percent while consciously buying products at an e-commerce partner. Moreover, the startup's growing customer base of 200,000 users have collectively saved more than 230 million euros since 2019. When you commit to an Azure reserved VM instance you can save money. The reservation discount is applied automatically to the number of running virtual machines that match the reservation scope and attributes. You don't need to assign a reservation to a virtual machine to get the discounts. A reserved instance purchase covers only the compute part of your VM usage. For Windows VMs, the usage meter is split into two separate meters. There's a compute meter, which is same as the Linux meter, and a Windows IP meter. The charges that you see when you make the purchase are only for the compute costs. Charges don't include Windows software costs. For more information about software costs, see Software costs not included with Azure Reserved VM Instances. Our survey found that 79 per cent of renters in the UK and 83 per cent in London feel the cost of renting is negatively impacting their ability to save for a house deposit. In fact, almost two-thirds (64 per cent) blame the cost of rent for saving little or nothing at all towards a house deposit. This dilemma prompted a woman to ask me how she could convince her spouse to save and stop putting more money in stocks It's a question that requires both people in the relationship to examine their tolerance for risk and to come to a compromise that makes them both feel secure. 59ce067264 https://www.acomodesee.com/forum/discussoes-gerais/buy-remote-control-robot

Buying Property In Another State Download File --->>> https://urllio.com/2tkQZS When it comes to real estate, every state (and often city) has different laws. There are rules regarding disclosures, zoning, inspections, deeds, property lines, and more. All of these can impact your purchase. Real estate investors generally need to pay income tax in the state the rental property is located in by reporting rental income and filing a non-resident tax return, even if the investor does not live in the same state the property is located in. For example, if a real estate investor is a resident of California but owns a rental property in North Carolina, taxes will need to be paid in North Carolina even though the investor does not live in the state. Most states provide a tax credit for taxes paid in another state to help avoid double taxation. State tax credits are usually for the amount of tax paid to the state the real estate investment is located in. As an example, assume the rental property is located in North Carolina where the top state marginal individual income tax rate is 5.25% and the investor resides in California where the top state marginal individual income tax rate is 13.30%. On the other hand, if the rental property is located in a state with a high marginal income tax rate like California, a real estate investor would pay taxes based on the California rates even if the investor resides in a state like Texas where there is no state income tax. By the same token, if the rental property is located in a state with no income tax, a real estate investor would pay tax on the rental income as if it were received in the state where the investor resides. A certified public accountant, enrolled agent, or other tax professional can provide more guidance. While owning rental property in another state may be financially rewarding, filing taxes can be complicated. Rental income needs to be reported to the state where the investor resides, and taxes may also need to be paid to the state where the rental property is located. Claim a credit on the tax return for the state where the investor resides for income tax paid to another state. The state tax credit will reduce the tax liability owed to the home (resident) state by the amount paid to non resident state the rental property is located in. Out-of-state property transactions can be extra challenging at the best of times. Not only are you not there in person to handle the negotiations, but you may have to deal with different laws that apply to specific regions. Even after your buyer closes on the sale of the property, you could have additional challenges at the start of tax season. Depending on the state you live in (if it has state income taxes and capital gains taxes), where the property is, and your income, you may still be subject to these taxes, or multiple taxes. For example, the capital gains tax on property sold out of state may be higher than in-state. Out-of-state property is far more profitable for many investors too. If you live in California or New York, the property prices are high and yields are very low. You might be able to buy 10 homes in Ohio or Florida for the same price and get a lot more rent in. A quality Realtor can help you visually see what you are buying through satellite images, street views, and video tours. Plus, they can provide accurate data on values, rents, and market trends. Your agent will assist with virtual closings so that you can close from anywhere on the planet. You can feel connected to the property even if you live across the country. An UpNest network agent can save you a substantial amount of Realtor commission on selling your out-of-state property, while still giving you top-rated, full-service treatment. This can make it a smooth and profitable experience while offsetting any capital gains tax you may owe. Can you buy a house in Florida if you live in another state Yes! This guide to buying houses in Florida will give get you started searching for homes and investment properties in the Sunshine State from out-of-state. Check out these helpful tips and strategies to make your move seamless. Investing in properties can help diversify your financial portfolio. Purchasing and upkeeping an investment property in the same state you live in has a set process, but buying a property out-of-state adds more steps. Florida is an excellent out-of-state investment choice compared to states like New York or California because the houses often cost less and offer more. Not to mention, Florida continues to be a popular destination for people to vacation and live, making it a great state to invest in property. If you are a Washington resident and purchase a vehicle outside this state that you then bring into Washington, you owe use tax on the value of that vehicle. Use tax is the same rate as sales tax and is due when property is brought into Washington if sales tax was not paid. The use tax rate is determined by your place of residence. In other words, when investing in Airbnb out of state, think about these qualities. An example would be if you consider buying a property in Myrtle Beach, think about the price of the property. If the price is too high, then your monthly mortgage payments split with your Airbnb rental income. As a result, you might consider investing in affordable investment properties, in better-suited locations. Consider that owning an Airbnb property in your local real estate market may be illegal. As a result, it is always important for real estate investors to be updated with Airbnb regulations and restrictions in the area. Managing Airbnb properties out of state can be difficult though not impossible. It requires you to design your short-term rental business to be more proactive and collaborative. With that said, hiring a professional property manager is ideal, saves time, and grows your business. Professional property managers should have the qualities below: Owning an Airbnb out of state is a great idea with successful possibilities and advantages of real estate investment. With the right strategies, investment tools, local market analysis, and professional property management nothing can stop you from a blossoming short-term rental business. But even if you do live in one of our big capitals, it may still be worth looking interstate as rising property prices are forcing more investors out of investment-grade locations in Melbourne and Sydney. It depends. Filing a name registration does not give an entity the authority to transact business in Texas. A valid name registration precludes another entity from filing under a legal or fictitious name that is not distinguishable in the records of the secretary of state. A name registration is valid for one year and may be renewed. An application for registration, formerly called a certificate of authority, is filed by a foreign corporation, limited liability company, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, professional association, or other foreign entity as listed in section 9.001 of the Texas Business Organizations Code when the entity will be transacting business in Texas. Filing an application for registration gives a foreign filing entity the authority to transact business in Texas. However, the need to file an application for registration depends on the nature and extent of the activities of the entity in Texas. In addition, a foreign entity may need to file an application for registration with the secretary of state in order to meet other state law requirements. Yes. A series LLC formed under the laws of another jurisdiction will be treated as a single legal entity for qualification purposes. The LLC itself rather than the individual series should register as the legal entity that is transacting business in Texas. The secretary of state has a separate application for registration form for foreign series LLC. See Form 313 (Word, PDF). If each or any series of the LLC transacting business in Texas transacts business under a name other than the name of the LLC, the LLC must file an assumed name certificate in compliance with chapter 71 of the Texas Business & Commerce Code. See Form 503 (Word, PDF). In order to be able to make the best decision about your investment, the local market, type of property, laws, and regulations, financing, and more it will require enormous amounts of time and effort. As a busy investor already you would not want to travel to different states or spend days, if not weeks, online researching. Instead of focusing on finding the greatest rental property in a single market, smart investors focus on owning one or two properties in the correct out-of-state real estate markets to reduce risk and increase profit. Investing the time and energy to study the market is one of the most difficult aspects of buying rental property out of state. While the potential returns are higher, investing outside of your local market comes with a steeper learning curve. Not doing the research before investing in an out-of-state property is one of the biggest mistakes an investor can make. Make sure to complete in-depth research and connect with local investors and investment companies. Long-distance real estate investors are attracted to rental properties because of the revenue they provide. As a result, they concentrate on full rental properties and modest multi-family ventures. Cash flow from a turnkey rental property begins the day escrow closes if the property is already occupied. While there may be a high demand for rental properties in certain areas, regulations and policies that favor tenants may limit ROI and cash flow. Investigate local regulations and market norms by speaking with property managers and joining local investment organizations to have a better understanding of the real estate market. Other investment options may be discovered through out-of-town rental homes. For example, you may start investing in rental homes in another state and your real estate professional may also be able to assist you to find attractive commercial property deals. You could find yourself diversifying your real estate portfolio to include commercial properties or fix-and-flip chances. 59ce067264 https://www.saltandirontraining.fit/forum/wellness-forum/power-wheels-buying-guide

Even though I defined my Google Drive(and my dataset in it) to google colab but when I run my code I give this error:FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'content/drive/My Drive/.... I have been trying, and for those curious, it has not been possible for me to use flow from directory with a folder inside google drive. The collab file environment does not read the path and gives a \"Folder does not exist\" error. I have been trying to solve the problem and searching stack, similar questions have been posted here Google collaborative and here Deep learnin on Google Colab: loading large image dataset is very long, how to accelerate the process , with no effective solution and for some reason, many downvotes to those who ask. The only solution I find to reading 20k images in google colab, is uploading them and then processing them, wasting two sad hours to do so. It makes sense, google identifies things inside the drive with ids, flow from directory requires it to be identified both the dataset, and the classes with folder absolute paths, not being compatible with google drives identification method. Alternative might be using a google cloud enviroment instead I suppose and paying. We are getting quite a lot for free as it is. This is my novice understanding of the situation, please correct me if wrong. edit1: I was able to use flow from directory on google collab, google does identify things with path also, the thing is that if you use os.getcwd(), it does not work properly, if you use it it will give you that the current working directory is \"/content\", when in truth is \"/content/drive/My Drive/foldersinsideyourdrive/...../folderthathasyourcollabnotebook/. If you change in the traingenerator the path so that it includes this setting, and ignore os, it works. I had however, problems with the ram even when using flow from directory, not being able to train my cnn anyway, might be something that just happens to me though. In 2008, Block was provided with a brand-new rally-prepped 2008 Subaru WRX STi to compete. Block decided to compete in the Rallye Baie-des Chaleurs of the Canadian Rally Championship to gain some experience with his new 2008 rally car and prepare for the World Rally Championships later in the year.[10] Block gained his first Canadian rally win at the event.[10] This was only the second event for the new car.[10] Block and his co-driver were unable to get any championship points at the event due to not having a Canadian competition license.[10]Block competed in the Rally New York USA competition and finished in first place.[11]In the X Games XIV rally competition, Block finished tied for third place with Dave Mirra.[12] This occurrence was due to both competitors having issues with their car. Block, who made it to the semi-finals of the event, had a radiator problem after landing the car awkwardly on a jump. With both bronze place competitors in damaged cars unable to compete, the medals were awarded to both of them.[12] For 2010, Block ended his partnership with Subaru, and joined Ford to compete part-time at the World Rally Championship for Monster World Rally Team, where he drove a Ford Focus RS WRC 08 together with long time co-driver Alex Gelsomino.[16] Block therefore became the first ever American driver to campaign for the World Rally Championship. He scored two points after finishing 9th at the Spain. Also, he ran his sixth season of the Rally America Championship in an open class Ford Fiesta, as well as his fifth X Games. On February 27, Block won the Rally in the 100 Acre Wood (Rally America) for the 5th consecutive time. This broke the record held by John Buffum.[17] On March 23, Block and his co-driver Alex Gelsomino were taken to hospital, having rolled their Ford Fiesta RS WRC during the shakedown stage of the 2011 Rally de Portugal in Faro, Portugal[18] A representative of the Monster World Rally team later stated that both men were fine.[19] He finished 8th at the France and 9th at Wales, scoring 6 points. Block appeared in three installments of Codemasters' Dirt racing video games. Block is featured as a driver in 2009's Colin McRae: Dirt 2, along with his Subaru Rally Team USA Impreza. In 2011's Dirt 3 he is seen as a driver and gymkhana teacher, his Monster World Rally Team vehicles are available in the game, including the Ford Fiesta GYM 3, and the Ken Block Ford Focus WRC. His Hoonigan/Monster Ford Fiesta appears extensively in 2012's Dirt: Showdown, and his trademark gymkhana style of driving is featured at the Head-to-Head and Trick Rush race modes as well as the Freestyle section.[66] Marvin is participating in a food drive for non-perishable items for the Kiwanis Club of Monroe from November 28-December 2. Baby R Us LINK >>> https://urloso.com/2tkNC6 Toys \"R\" Us (stylized as \"ToysЯus\")[nb 1] is an American toy, clothing, and baby product retailer owned by Tru Kids (doing business as Tru Kids Brands) and various others. The company was founded in 1957; its first store was built in April 1948, with its headquarters located in Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey, in the New York metropolitan area. In April 1948, Charles P. Lazarus founded a baby-furniture retailer, Children's Bargaintown in Washington, D.C., during the post-war baby boom.[7] It was acquired in 1966 by Interstate Department Stores, Inc.[8] In 2008, the company introduced stricter product safety standards exceeding federal requirements. Among the new standards was a requirement for materials inside toys to meet a standard of 250 parts per million of lead for all products manufactured exclusively for the retailer (compared with the federal standard of 600 ppm.) Toys \"R\" Us also announced the requirement that baby products be produced without the addition of phthalates, which have raised concerns about infant safety.[91] The company had adjusted its requirements to meet new federal standards enacted with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008. The first Babies \"R\" Us store opened in April 1996 in Westbury, New York.[151] In February 1997, Toys \"R\" Us acquired Duncan-based Baby Superstore, Inc., a 78-store chain, for $376 million. The locations were converted into Babies \"R\" Us.[152] The store operates as a specialty baby products retailer and grew to about 260 stores in the United States. The stores offer an assortment of products for newborns, infants, and toddlers. Toys\"R\"Us, Inc. is headquartered in Wayne, NJ, and has nearly 65,000 employees worldwide. The company is committed to serving its communities as a caring and reputable neighbor through programs dedicated to keeping kids safe and helping them in times of need. Over the past three decades, the Company has given more than $100 million in product donations to children's charities. Since 1992, the Toys\"R\"Us Children's Fund, a public charity affiliated with Toys\"R\"Us, Inc., has also donated more than $130 million in grants. For more information, visit Toysrusinc.com or follow @ToysRUsNews on Twitter. The Babies R Us store at American Dream will have interactive experiences such as a stroller test track, a photo-op station where parents can announce their baby, and a wishing tree, where family and friends can share well wishes. WHP Global said the new store will offer a more modern version of what customers are used to from former Babies R Us locations, including a baby registry lounge, nursery design center, a learning center for private events and workshops, and a comfort zone for parents to feed or change their babies. \"Following the success of the Toys R Us flagship, which opened just over a year ago, we are thrilled to see Babies R Us back in the U.S. as part of the unparalleled retail experience that can only be found at American Dream,\" said Don Ghermezian, president and CEO of American Dream, in the release. \"We are excited to add the first Babies R Us flagship to our robust retail and entertainment lineup and know that families with young children and expecting parents will be thrilled to have access to this incredible destination for all their baby-related needs.\" The location will also have a baby registry lounge, a nursery design center that contains room set displays, a learning center for private events and workshops, and a space to feed and change babies. Through the program, customers can bring in old cribs, strollers, car seats and other baby items for a discount on new baby products made by certain manufacturers. The event follows on the heels of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008, a new federal law designed to prevent products recalled by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and its manufacturers from being sold through resale stores, online auctions or even yard sales. \"Only a small number of products are usually accounted for during product recalls. While many baby items such as clothing are great to hand down or sell to others, other baby products require greater vigilance and scrutiny. Many times, you cannot look at a used crib, car seat, bassinet, stroller, travel system, play yard or high chair to know if it's safe. For example, a used car seat could have been in a vehicle that has been in an accident that damages the integrity of the seat and therefore should not be passed down.\" This is the first time the toy and baby product chain has hosted such a collection effort, Albano said. The company is promoting it through print and online advertising as well as notices in its stores. The Wheelers found out about it through an e-mail sent to members of the chain's rewards program. In 2018 all of the Toys R Us and Babies R Us locations in the Hudson Valley closed down after the company went belly-up after years of financial struggles. It was a painful loss for parents who depended on the store for baby supplies and kids who lost the \"world's greatest toy store.\" In 2000, Toys R Us partnered with Amazon in a 10-year contract, paying the eCommerce company $50 million a year plus a percentage of their sales to be the exclusive seller of toys and baby products on Amazon. The first Toys R Us retail store was founded by Charles P. Lazarus in 1957 in Rockville, Maryland. He had previously opened a baby furniture retailer called Children's Bargaintown in 1948 before pivoting to focus exclusively on toys. When Sunnyvale's Toys R Us closed in 2018, it didn't just take baby strollers, action figures and coloring books with it. It ended a chapter of one of the Bay Area's most well-known and enduring ghost stories. Martin and Mary Murphy, a married couple from Ireland, were in the first wagon train to cross the Sierra Nevadas, blazing the trail that would soon be known as Donner Pass. During the winter of 1844, Mary gave birth to Elizabeth, who was famous throughout her life as the first pioneer child born in California. Several weeks later, baby Lizzie fell into the Yuba River; luckily, her father was able to fish her out. Forever after, her middle name was \"Yuba.\" 59ce067264 https://www.graineacademie.com/en/forum/welcome-to-the-forum/dirt-5-free-download-for-pc-full

Scorched By M.A. Lee CLICK HERE >>>>> https://urlin.us/2tkMkG Sherman's March to the Sea (also known as the Savannah campaign or simply Sherman's March) was a military campaign of the American Civil War conducted through Georgia from November 15 until December 21, 1864, by William Tecumseh Sherman, major general of the Union Army. The campaign began on November 15 with Sherman's troops leaving Atlanta, recently taken by Union forces, and ended with the capture of the port of Savannah on December 21. His forces followed a \"scorched earth\" policy, destroying military targets as well as industry, infrastructure, and civilian property, disrupting the Confederacy's economy and transportation networks. The operation debilitated the Confederacy and helped lead to its eventual surrender.[4] Sherman's decision to operate deep within enemy territory without supply lines was unusual for its time, and the campaign is regarded by some historians as an early example of modern warfare or total war. Sherman's \"March to the Sea\" followed his successful Atlanta Campaign of May to September 1864. He and the Union Army's commander, Lt. Gen. Ulysses S. Grant, believed that the Civil War would come to an end only if the Confederacy's strategic capacity for warfare could be decisively broken.[9] Sherman therefore planned an operation that has been compared to the modern principles of scorched earth warfare. Although his formal orders (excerpted below) specified control over destruction of infrastructure in areas in which his army was unmolested by guerrilla activity, he recognized that supplying an army through liberal foraging would have a destructive effect on the morale of the civilian population it encountered in its wide sweep through the state.[10] Sherman's scorched earth policies have always been highly controversial, and Sherman's memory has long been reviled by many Southerners. Slaves' opinions varied concerning the actions of Sherman and his army.[32] Some who welcomed him as a liberator chose to follow his armies. Jacqueline Campbell has written, on the other hand, that some slaves looked upon the Union army's ransacking and invasive actions with disdain. They often felt betrayed, as they \"suffered along with their owners, complicating their decision of whether to flee with or from Union troops\", although that is now seen as a post synopsis of Confederate nationalism.[33] A Confederate officer estimated that 10,000 liberated slaves followed Sherman's army, and hundreds died of \"hunger, disease, or exposure\" along the way.[34] But Lee had seen the results of the Union scorched-earth policy and knew that unless the war really came to an end, the devastation wrought by both sides could divide the nation permanently. He wrote to Davis that to continue the struggle was hopeless. He wrote, \"To save useless effusion of blood, I would recommend measures be taken for the suspension of hostilities and the restoration of peace.\" Several fire departments from Adams to Sheffield were called in to assist the Lee Fire Department to douse the fire that has scorched a hillside between Sharyn Drive and Lander Road. In addition, Lee Fire Chief Alan Sparks has requested a helicopter water drop from the Massachusetts National Guard. Summer turns up the heat on everyone, but Valley restaurants are often the first to get scorched. In this weekly series, through Labor Day, we highlight delicious dishes and dining deals to help you make the most out of your summer eating and support the local restaurant scene. Peter Chang China Café's 80-item menu makes that ride possible. I suggest ordering at least one mild, one sweet (or sweet and sour), one hu la scorched chili, and one ma la dish. The simultaneously hot (la) and numbing (ma) characteristic is the hallmark of Sichuan cooking. It's the result of marrying chilies with Sichuan peppers, the fruit of the prickly-ash bush that creates a tingling, buzzing sensation on your lips and tongue, whose antidotes are something creamy or sweet, not water. Delicately breaded bamboo fish ($16) arrive under a canopy of woven bamboo screen, an eye-catching presentation. What I'm after is hu la wei, a scorched-chili flavor. Chilies and Sichuan peppers sizzle in oil until the chilies are charred and smoky-sweet. Because I grew up eating spicy food, I should note that my heat tolerance has misled many dining companions, so please use caution when you attempt to eat these blackened chilies. It's a marvelous taste once you're used to the heat. Steamed fish with cut spicy pepper ($18), the Sichuan classic known as shui zhu yu, is redolent with minced ginger, garlic and scallion. One of my husband's favorite dishes is cumin lamb ($20), a specialty he orders whether in China or here. Slightly chewy, pan-fried strips of lamb are doused with ground cumin, white pepper and scorched chilies, with fresh cilantro to temper the fiery meat. This version is one of the best we've had. Buoyed by that interview, I stop by for a late lunch to satisfy a craving for kung pao chicken ($7.50/$13). When done properly, it represents Sichuan cooks' mastery of gong bao, sweet-sour-scorched chili flavor. I pin my hopes high, but the brown sauce is bland. Having worked in restaurant kitchens, I know that executive chefs rarely work the lunch line and that training a cook always to meet the chef's exacting standards is one of the most difficult tasks. I will order the kung pao chicken again, and maybe chef Chang will cook, or his crew will have mastered the breadth of Sichuan cooking. I can't wait to taste every dish on the menu and am working my way down the list. S Beet black scorch virus (BBSV) belongs to the genus Necrovirus in the family Tombusviridae and was first reported in the late 1980s in China1, followed by identification in the US, Iran and Spain2,3,4,5,6. Under natural conditions, BBSV-infected beets have scorched and inwardly-curled leaves and necrotic roots, which result in severe reductions in sugar production7. BBSV transmission in the soil is facilitated by zoospores of Olpidium brassicae8 and at least 15 plants from 4 families, including Chenopodium amaranticolor, Tetragonia expanse and Nicotiana benthamiana, can be mechanically infected by BBSV7,9,10. From the photographs, day to day maintenance on the house ceased a long time ago. Sadly, weeds fill the planting beds, the swimming pool has been drained, and the house has a sun scorched loneliness about it. Chaehoon Lee was awarded an Andrew W. Mellon Foundation Conservation Fellowship. Her work focused on the conservation and treatment of traditional East-Asian musical instruments with a typical scorched surface finish called Nakdong. This finishing technique can be found in Asian string instruments like the Korean geomungo and gayageum, Chinese zheng, and Japanese koto. 59ce067264 https://www.kalesdiecasttoycars.com/forum/untitled-category-1998/buying-a-car-out-of-state-pa

Best Way To Buy A Cell Phone CLICK HERE === https://geags.com/2tkL4S The huge number of choices from a variety of phone manufacturers should make shopping simple, but sometimes this makes it more confusing, whether you're looking for the highest-quality, elite phone or a more affordable phone, like the Google Pixel 6A. The best devices on the market not only have different prices, they also have different camera specs, screen sizes and storage capacities. In general, performance lines up with cost. The very latest, greatest technology usually comes at a premium. Flagship phones pack the best cameras, the most powerful processors and may even sport cutting-edge tech like flexible displays. The high prices mean that these phones are only worth considering for those who want the absolute latest tech in their pockets. Not everyone needs such top tech however, or may simply be unwilling to spend the $1,000 or more typically required to get it. Luckily, the midrange sector of the phone world has been one of the fiercest battlegrounds for companies to compete in, resulting in some amazing phones that won't break the bank. Features like wireless charging and cameras with multiple lenses that were once the domain of flagships are now commonplace on midrange phones. 5G is the latest standard that promises lightning-fast mobile data speeds when you're out and about. Like any new technology, it's commonplace to see it on higher-end devices but it's also increasingly common to find on much more affordable phones too. Coverage for 5G isn't everywhere yet, so it's important to ask yourself whether you need 5G speeds at all and crucially, whether they're available where you live. If you're planning on keeping your phone for at least a couple of years, you can safely expect 5G to become more of the norm in that time. If you're on the fence about it now, it may be that in nine months you'll feel differently and might regret not taking the plunge sooner. All phones have gotten steadily bigger over the last few years, with the iPhone 14 Pro Max measuring a whopping 6.68 inches and the Galaxy S23 Ultra coming in at 6.8 inches. Small phones aren't that common anymore but there are a few options to consider if you don't want a massive screen stretching out your pockets. Apple opted not to update the iPhone 13 Mini this year, but it is still officially on sale through the Apple Store and at 5.4-inches it's quite a lot smaller than the 6.1-inch iPhone 14. On the Android side, the Google Pixel 6A's 6.1-inch display makes it one of the better smaller phones, but even then it's hardly what you'd call tiny. Camera features have been a major point for bragging rights in recent phones, with manufacturers always wanting a bigger, more exciting number, be it the number of megapixels or quantity of actual camera lenses. Three rear cameras are now common -- a regular lens, an ultrawide lens and a telephoto lens -- with even budget-focused phones packing multiple cameras. This is great, as more lenses mean more shooting options when you're out and about. But that doesn't mean that any multilens camera is as good as another. As with processor performance, the more you spend, the better the results you'll typically get, with the absolute best cameras around usually being found on the most expensive flagships. Look out for features like optical (rather than digital) zooms, night mode for better low-light images, and optical image stabilization. Sometimes these features might not be clear, and it's not possible to judge a camera's performance just by looking at the specs. If you really care about your phone's photography skills, then take some time to look at the reviews and see how its camera performs before you spend your money. Most phones, from the budget end through to elite flagships, can last most of a day on a single charge. Bigger phones might have bigger batteries, but they also have bigger screens and often more powerful processors, so they suck that extra juice down quickly. Few phones will give you more than a day of use. Here are some things to keep in mind: Top-end phones pack powerful processors along with 12GB of RAM or even more. It's enough to make these phones run any task without breaking a sweat, but you don't need to spend flagship level money to get great performance. Most decent midrange phones offer enough power to handle all of your everyday needs. You'll still be able to play almost any game from the Google Play store and edit your high-resolution photos in apps such as Snapseed. There's little you could throw at most midrange phones that they wouldn't be able to handle. Most phones, even the budget ones, come with at least 32GB of storage, of which 10 may be taken up by preinstalled apps and the phone's operating system. If you don't ever plan on recording any video and gaming isn't your thing, 32GB might be enough, but otherwise you should consider 64GB or even 128GB to be a minimum. Higher-end phones -- particularly those that can record high quality 4K video -- offer capacities of 256GB or more. With that much space, you'll barely need to think twice about having to clear out old files. If the phone supports microSD cards then it's a different matter, as you can pick up 32GB microSD cards (or bigger) for very little money these days and popping one into your phone will dramatically increase the amount of storage you'll have access to. Unfortunately expandable storage is a very rare feature on phones these days. I'm that 5G guy. I've actually been here for every \"G.\" I've reviewed well over a thousand products during 18 years working full-time at PCMag.com, including every generation of the iPhone and the Samsung Galaxy S. I also write a weekly newsletter, Fully Mobilized, where I obsess about phones and networks. Although buying an unlocked phone may not save you money at checkout, it can be a better value in the long run. Unlocked phones give you the freedom to shop around and move between carriers for the best deal when needed. You can also resell an unlocked phone at any time if you want to upgrade. Sure, you can spend a few hundred dollars on a brand-new midrange phone, but you also might be able to score one of last year's flagship models, which likely offers better specs and performance, for the same midrange price. When new phones are released, older models are usually discounted, and carriers frequently offer the same, or similar, promotions on these phones as they do on the new versions. Look for guaranteed trade-in promotions from carriers or manufacturers and compare them with prices at Best Buy and Gazelle. Dedicated trade-in sites aren't quite as seamless as swapping your old phone out to the same store where you're picking up your new one, but they often pay more money. Just be sure to give an accurate assessment of the quality of your phone for the best estimate. Samsung, in particular, is good about accepting trade-ins, especially old iPhones and Pixels. Even the most expensive phone is basically just a fancy brick if it doesn't have service. There are a lot of options out there beyond AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, and they can save you a lot of money. Once you find the right phone, head over to our story on the best cheap phone plans to find the right cost-effective service for you. Buying directly from a mobile carrier like Verizon and AT&T or a smaller carrier like Republic Wireless, Tello Mobile or Google Fi (formerly Project Fi), is usually the easiest way to go about buying a new phone. After all, most of us have been buying from our carriers for a decade or more. When you own your phone outright you always have the option to sell it and buy a new one. Most carriers offer a program to trade in your phone when you buy a new one, but in many cases selling your phone outright on a site like eBay or Swappa can actually net you more money for your phone as compared to a trade in. This is especially true for iPhones, which tend to go for a premium. Buying a phone from a retailer like Amazon, Best Buy, or Walmart has many of the same benefits (and drawbacks) that you would get from buying direct from the brands themselves, but I wanted to separate retailers out in to their own category for a few reasons. First, most retailers will push customers toward a payment plan. They do this because they get a kickback from the carrier for signing customers up, and carriers want customers on payment plans as we discussed earlier. Some stores such as Best Buy have priced phones an additional $50 higher to dissuade customers from buying outright, so be sure to comparison shop if you plan to buy outright. This article was co-authored by Mobile Kangaroo. Mobile Kangaroo is a full service repair shop and Apple Authorized Service Provider headquartered in Mountain View, CA. Mobile Kangaroo has been repairing electronic devices such as computers, phones, and tablets, for over 19 years, with locations in over 20 cities. There are 10 references cited in this article, which can be found at the bottom of the page. This article has been viewed 170,009 times. After I check out Amazon, I look at other online retailers online because online shopping is easiest. You can compare many options from almost anywhere including your current cell phone service provider. The biggest sales tend to pop up on phones one generation old when a new phone comes out. For instance, you can probably get a good deal on the iPhone 13 right after the iPhone14 comes out. If you do buy your cell phone outright and pay for it in full up front, consider purchasing your phone on a credit card. It may offer extended warranty protection, accidental breakage protection in the first 90 days or even free cell phone insurance. 59ce067264 https://www.phi-vietnamese.com/forum/general-discussion/one-piece-episode-170

Running on a Mac Studio M1 Max, 64GB. The Quadro 4000 card is released as a joint effort between Apple and PNY, and is offered as a third-party add-in card purchase that is not available as a standard CTO option.
