Educating kids on the importance of staying physically active.

Blue Schools brings fitness right to your school. We offer numerous types of physical activity, from High Intensity cardiovascular training to a more slowed-down approach with Pilates.

Regular exercise is vital for kids. It has been shown to help them build strong self-esteem, sleep better, have more energy, decrease anxiety, and decrease depression. And as most people know, along with a healthy diet, regular exercise is the best way to lose weight and prevent childhood obesity.

Sitting in front of every teacher, every day, are children and young people that DO NOT meet the recommended daily physical activity level target of 60 minutes.

At Blue Schools our goal is to educate kids on the importance of staying fit & healthy. We aim to provide physical activity in a FUN, positive and inclusive way.
