Elite Pre-Season Programme
Pre-season 12 week conditioning programme to prepare your players for the season ahead. This programme is focused on testing and training each individual to improve their overall performace on the field for the season ahead.
4 testing stages - One at the start and one and the end of each month.
We test players bench press, bench squat, sprit speed, 5km run, weight and height.
12 week online gym and recovery Programme.
Meal plan ideas - included pre/post training and match meals
It is vital that the training load is appropiate to work with the initial sessions of the season. Therefore, we ease players back into all movements to avoid muscle damage and soreness. Excessive amount of condidtioning in the early days will result in increased chances of injury later in the season. We will implement techniques of running, cutting, accelearating, jumping and decelerating at the right times to ensure players sustain these good habits.
