Throughout pregnancy and after birth your body goes through a lot of physical and hormonal changes. Exercise has many Physical and Psychological benefits during this time to help your body cope with the changes during pregnancy and promote healing afterwards.
Our mission at Blue Mamas is to provide a safe environment for Mama's and Mama's to be. A place where all women feel empowered, gaining strength and confidence through health and exercise.
Our online training system works perfectly for those unable to make it to our studio for various reasons. We offer weekly check-ins with our qualified instructors, on hand to answer any questions. Our online system is run through our app which is user friendly and provides a breakdown of all exercises. All programs are tailored specifically to each clients needs/wants while keeping equipment on hand and facilities available in mind.
